THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Residential Construction Sales Representative, you are the go-to expert for builders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your day involves collaborating with builders, strengthening relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings. Whether you're managing contracts, addressing builder concerns, or strategizing with your team to improve customer experience, you are the key link between Airtron and our valued clients. You stay ahead of the competition by providing industry insights, tracking service performance, and keeping detailed records of all account activities. Every conversation, meeting, and report you generate contributes to the success of our company and the satisfaction of our builders.
OUR IDEAL RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalency (related experience may substitute)
- Valid driver's license
- Leadership and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Positive attitude and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work overtime with little notice and weekends as needed
- Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to drive and operate motorized vehicles or forklifts
- 3 years of sales experience within construction/HVAC or home services is a plus!
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets with positive feedback is a huge plus!
