WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As the HVAC Field Service Manager, your day starts with reviewing the dispatch board, ensuring that all jobs are properly assigned. You collaborate with the retro install manager, the RNC/warranty team, and dispatchers to clear the board efficiently. Throughout the day, you provide leadership and coaching to your service technicians, helping them tackle problems and specialty calls as needed. You'll ensure they have the right materials and equipment for each job and keep the team on track to meet performance goals.

In addition to managing schedules and ensuring safety standards are met, you'll keep senior management updated on team performance. Every day brings new challenges, and your focus is on making sure the team provides top-quality service while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS OUR HVAC FIELD SERVICE MANAGER

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute for education)
• 5 years of HVAC or related experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as an HVAC service supervisor or a similar leadership role

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time, working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Expect occasional overtime or weekend work depending on team needs. You'll work both indoors and outdoors, so comfort in all weather conditions is key!
