This customer service position earns a competitive salary of $60,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY
This HVAC sales position's work schedule depends on the customers' needs, with retail store visits 4 - 7 times per week for 2 - 4 hours each visit .
As an HVAC Sales Representative / Account Manager, you personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. When you're not working in a store, you generate leads through customer referrals, door hangers, and other marketing materials. As customers come into our stores, you warmly greet each client and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Once you have a thorough understanding of the customer's needs, you recommend the appropriate products and their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. When you make a sale, you process paperwork, document the sale details accurately, and coordinate with customers regarding appointment scheduling and payment. From start to finish, you see each job all the way through while maintaining exceptional customer service.
