A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE MANAGER

In this administrative bookkeeping job, you play a vital role in maintaining organization in our office. You wear many hats in this position and are happy to lend a helping hand wherever you can. Keeping our books clean, you pay bills and process payroll. When communicating with clients you maintain a friendly demeanor and strive to provide a pleasant customer experience. As needed, you handle complaints and help to resolve issues. You also perform various human resources duties including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees. Sometimes, you assist the general manager with special projects. Variety in your work is something you appreciate, and you enjoy playing a huge part in our company's success.

 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER

  • Payroll and human resources experience
  • Basic computer skills

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER

This administrative bookkeeping position typically works Monday-Friday from 7 am – 3 pm.
