Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Field Superintendent to lead and oversee our Traffic Control, Push Cam, and CCTV teams in Northern California. Reporting directly to senior management, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, mentoring team leads, managing daily operations, and upholding our core values as we expand our services and client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with state regulations, company standards, and approved traffic control plans. Conduct field audits and oversee the accuracy of push camera and CCTV inspections.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team leads and operators, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration.
• Safety Leadership: Lead by example in maintaining and enforcing safety protocols. Conduct site safety inspections, host Monday safety meetings, and ensure proactive hazard reporting.
• Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Efficient Resource Management: Plan and manage schedules for all teams, adhering to the 4/10 schedule while optimizing resources to meet operational demands.
• Documentation and Compliance: Oversee accurate and timely submission of reports, logs, and compliance documentation across all departments.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Field Superintendent (3 years preferred) in utility locating, traffic control, or related operations.
• Expert knowledge of traffic control, push camera, and CCTV operations, including state regulations and safety standards.
• A track record of strong leadership, mentoring, and team development.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to plan and prioritize schedules, resources, and tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to safety, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Clean, insurable driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
