SUMMARY
This position supports the everyday activities of the Customer Service department by maintaining departmental records on the customers of RV Products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
Enter transactions into a computerized system.
High volume phone calls during peak months.
Prepare letters to service centers.
Communicates pertinent information to customers in a professional and timely manner.
Expedite follow-up activity with service centers as needed.
Maintain customer files, including updating orders as required.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 – 3 years related experience in customer service or order processing.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to type 40-50 WPM.
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from service centers.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, multitasking
abilities, and the ability to communicate written and orally.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions and percentages and the aptitude for detailed investigation of results.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to identify and describe practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
