What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service (Seasonal/Bonus) position at Five Star Call Centers?
We are looking for people who enjoy helping others to successfully answer telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Call Centers, while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude.
This particular project is assisting clients with their seasonal holiday ordering from fruit baskets to steaks!
This is an onsite position in Wichita, KS.
Qualifications
- Previous 1 year customer service or customer support experience preferred
- Previous 1 year call center or office background experience a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Quick learner and able to work independently
- Type 20-25 words per minute accurately
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Must be 16 years of age
- If working remotely a background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll take the lead in addressing customer questions and concerns on all products and services through multiple communication channels such as phone, email and / or chat
Pay & Benefits
Receive a $200 bonus if actively employed and in good standing on 12 / 16 / 22 paycheck
Can turn into regular FT or PT employment pending attendance & performance pending business needs
