Pay Rate/Range: $12/hr
Job Description: A local answering service is seeking a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative! This role involves handling a variety of communication channels, including answering incoming calls, responding to messages, and managing emails, all while ensuring professionalism and timeliness. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and approachable demeanor.
Job Requirements: Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (shifts may vary) Monday - Friday and will include weekends
