The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data platforms, analytics, and product management practices, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of scalable data solutions that empower business decisions and enable advanced analytics across the organization.This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process (with some flexibility to WFH).Responsibilities : Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the data platform and analytics capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data product requirements.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data and analytics.Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation to deployment and optimization.Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership.Ensure alignment of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Advocate for the user experience, ensuring the data platform meets internal and external customer needs.Drive the development of self-service analytics tools and data visualization capabilities.Ensure the platform supports advanced analytics, machine learning, and reporting needs.Partner with data governance and compliance teams to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data initiatives.Continuously monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform ongoing improvements.Basic Qualifications : 5 years of Product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on data platforms, analytics, or related domain.Strong experience in data lifecycle management including ingestion, indexing, search, archival, and building scalable data pipelines.Proven track record of delivering data products that drive business impact.Deep understanding of data analytics, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven decision-making mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (MBA preferred)Preferred Qualifications : Startup experienceEnterprise SaaS experienceExperience with machine learning and AI applications.Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Aisera is Global and our success draws upon the diverse viewpoints, skills and experiences of our employees.
