What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surgery Scheduler position at Aishling Obstetrics & Gynecology SC/Fox Valley Vein Centers?
Aishling Obstetrics and Gynecology is looking for a Surgery Scheduler to join our Sandwich and Yorkville offices. The ideal candidate will be friendly, have excellent listening, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

- Interact with patients', physicians, and other staff both within the clinic and at outside facilities providing accurate, timely and responsive information.
- Follows all written protocols and procedures of the clinic.
- Coordinates and schedule surgeries, test, and follow-up appointments as designated by physicians.
- Locating Assistant Surgeon as needed for scheduled procedures.
- Returns and responds to all calls relating to scheduling.
- Helps with other tasks including but not limited to following up with patients that no-show or cancel surgical appointments,answering pre-op questions, and sending H&P orders to hospitals.
Qualifications:
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with Excel, Word, and medical software
- Must have the ability to travel to all our locations as needed
- Must have experience in surgery scheduling
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA, Compliance, OSHA
- Must be highly flexible and able to accommodate changing needs of the office
Salary : $17
