Job Summary :
The Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety / quality protocols, and maintaining production efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and train team members, and a thorough understanding of production processes, safety and quality standards.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Scrap Data Entry & Handling : Manage scrap data entry and ensure proper part marking / handling.Production Data Entry / Documentation : Manage production and downtime documentation and daily data entry.Standardized Work Verification : Ensure all team members follow standardized work procedures and audit as required.Pre-shift Meeting : Conduct pre-shift meetings to direct team members and convey company information.Attendance Risk Management : Monitor and manage attendance to minimize risk and ensure adequate staffing. Schedule planned TM absence and maintain records.Shift Reporting : Maintain accurate shift reports to communicate issues to the next shift and management.5S : Understand, delegate, and control the 5S activities.EHS Training / Audits : Conduct regular Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) training sessions and audits as necessary.Stock Management : Manage stock using FIFO principles, prevent rust, and ensure proper packaging and handling.Kaizen Activity : Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities and provide supporting evidence of efforts.New Hire Training : Train new hires to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in their roles.Sort & Sort Reporting : Oversee and report defect sorting activities.Microsoft Office Proficiency : Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.Indirect Material Management : Manage indirect material ordering and line side stock to ensure tools, chemicals, Etc., are readily available and maintained.Safety Alerts and Incident Reporting : Report safety incidents and disseminate safety alerts.Breakdown Management : Troubleshoot and manage breakdowns, communicate with maintenance and engineering teams, and report issues.Accountabilities :
