Job Title: Global Business Development Manager
At AISIN World Corp. of America, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire sales process for various Body products, including setting schedules for RFQs and quotations, gathering all required information, building piece price quotations, and submitting them to customers on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans based on gathered account data and information.
- Negotiate pricing with each customer's Purchasing personnel while building long-lasting relationships with our various customers.
- Support the launch of new programs, track and report profitability of products sold throughout the pre-production process.
- Closely communicate and identify AISIN expectations through monthly sales meetings with AISIN North American Plants (NAPs).
- Promote cost reduction activities with NAPs and AISIN cross-functional teams to achieve cost reduction targets specified in annual expectations given by customers.
- Responsible planning of yearly/monthly business activities within established budget by defining targets/tasks/expected results.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a Tier One supplier relating to Seat products.
- Strong organization skills, critical thinking skills, and data-driven decision making.
- Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
