As our IT Project Manager, you'll take the lead in crafting strategic project plans, ensuring smooth execution, and overseeing seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and leadership. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate closely with Sales and clients to define project objectives and kick-off plans.
- Take charge of executing and coordinating projects, guiding the engineering team to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay aligned with goals, timelines, and client expectations.
- Be the central communication hub, facilitating smooth interactions between teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Manage project budgets with precision to ensure financial targets are met.
- Work alongside Service Coordinators to schedule resources efficiently and effectively.
- Guarantee compliance with security, legal, and industry standards for every project.
- Leverage industry-leading Project Management tools to track progress and ensure transparency.
- Lead status meetings, ensuring all stakeholders and clients are aligned and informed.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to add value and enhance project outcomes.
- Proactively manage critical dependencies and escalate issues before they become obstacles.
- Ensure that thorough documentation and knowledge transfer are provided upon project completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- A solid grasp of Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Hands-on experience with popular Project Management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- A basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, software, and hardware.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire teams, set clear objectives, and meet KPIs.
- Exceptional time management skills to balance multiple priorities and keep projects on track.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of experience leading successful IT projects.
- PMP or CSM certification is a plus, but not required.
