aiTWorks, an employment agency (www.aitworks.com) is looking for the candidate who can work as a Production Management Data Entry in a Japanese food manufacturer located in Santa Fe Springs, California.
・Input production output data for manufactured products.
・Record the weight and quantity of raw materials used.
・Record the usage and inventory of raw materials and supplies.
・Check inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, and request purchases as needed.
・Input data on defective products and losses (disposals).
・Manage production schedules.
・Scan and save manufacturing procedure documents as digital data.
・Perform other tasks or duties as instructed by supervisors when necessary.
・Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production management in the food manufacturing industry (1 year experience preferred).
・Basic knowledge of process management.
・Ability to perform basic calculations.
・Basic PC skills (e.g., Excel, data entry, scanner operation).
・Strong teamwork and communication skills (collaborating with production, purchasing, and quality control teams).
・Language skills: Japanese (business level to Fluent level) and English (business level or higher).
*Salary: $19～$21/hour（DOE) Nonexempt
*Working hours: Monday～Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Overtime work may be required

・ 生産スケジュールの管理。
・ 製造手順書をスキャンして、データとして保存する。
・その他必要に応じ、上長からの指示に従ってその他の業務/雑務を行う。
＜必要事項＞
・ 食品メーカーでの製造・生産管理に関する基礎知識がある方。（1 年以上歓迎）
・ 工程管理の基本知識がある方。
・ 基礎的な計算ができること
・ 基本的なPC スキル（Excel、データ入力、スキャナー操作など）
・ チームワークとコミュニケーション能力（生産・購買・品質管理との連携）
・ 言語：日本語（ビジネス会話レベル～流暢レベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル以上）
*給与：$19～$21/時（経験により面接後に判断）
*勤務時間：月～金 08:30 – 17:30、残業あり
