The working hours may vary depending on the assigned location.
Between 11:00 and 23:00 (working hours required within that range)
*Salary: $100,000~$120,000 (hourly tip)(DOE)

<Job Summary>
- Oversee the full operation of the sushi bar
- Manage procurement, quality control, and inventory of fresh seafood
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Develop seasonal and creative sushi menus
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Handle customer requests and provide excellent service
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff and management to ensure smooth operations
<Requirements>
- Experience as a head sushi chef
- Advanced knowledge and skills in sushi and Japanese cuisine
- Expertise in fish selection, preparation, and knife techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
