*Time: 8hours / 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday / 1 hour lunch
- Enter, update, and maintain sales orders, invoices, customer records, and invoice return data in the company database.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building trust with customers.
- Answer customer questions regarding product features, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in the production and execution of Division trade show events.
- Immediately report any inventory or service issues to the appropriate account manager.
- Work with sales staff to monitor valid purchase orders and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Support sales staff with timely payment collections.
- Update and prepare monthly sales materials and reports.
- Record department meetings and distribute minutes to team.
- Attend company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
- Attend semi-annual inventory counts on designated days (and possibly weekends).
- Other duties as directed.
- Obligation to answer to all management as requested.
- Business level English and Japanese/Chinese.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude.
- Must pass the Sake Advisor Course within one year of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year food or liquor sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years customer service/sales experience preferred.
