*Salary:~$70,000 year (DOE)
*Working hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
・Respond to customer inquiries
・Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring prompt resolution of customer problems
・Collect customer feedback and communicate it internally
・Monitor customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support
・Input and update inquiry details and support history in the database
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Passion for games, PCs, or mobile devices (e.g., interested in specifications, experience building PCs, etc.), with a strong interest in technology
・Authorization to work in the United States
