Working Hours:
- Shifts from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, working 8 hours with a 1-hour lunch break
- Full-time employees will work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays (shift-based schedule)

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with inquiries about travel options, including shuttle buses and trolleys
- Provide guidance and directions in Japanese to customers within the lounge
- Handle customer service tasks including ticketing, reservations, and addressing any customer concerns
- Assist with the coordination of shuttle services between the lounge and local attractions
- Perform simple computer tasks as required
- Handle inquiries from Japanese-speaking customers efficiently
Requirements:
- Native-level Japanese language skills for smooth communication in both written and spoken form
- Basic conversational English skills for communication with non-Japanese speaking customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (approximately 5-6 hours)
- Available to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays (flexible scheduling available)
- U.S. work authorization is required
