- Supporting a head chef, a sou sushi chef, and sushi chefs in the kitchen
- Food prep activities, like boiling rice and cutting fishes
- Prepare appetizers that are close to the philosophy of traditional Japanese cuisine
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift etc...
