aiTWorks is looking for the candidate who can work as a Moving Coordinator at a Japanese logistics company in East Rutherford, NJ. No experience needed, there is good training! We would like to meet candidates who like Customer Service（Talk to people）and willing to learn new things.
*Job Type: Full-Time,

*Work Time: 8hours / 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday 5days / a week
*Job Duties:
- Greet clients upon arriving at their homes.
- Conduct walkthrough of homes to coordinate work to be performed by our movers.
- Provide quality customer service during all interactions with the customer in person, on the phone or via email before, during and after the household items are delivered.
- Assist driver of truck when parking/backing up for safety purposes.
- Pack and unpack clients’ belongings, hang clothes, make beds and organize kitchens.
- Prepare documentation relating to client needs, invoices, moving, inventory and scheduling.
*Requirement:
・Driver's license
・Fluent in English and Japanese （N1/N2 welcome!）
・Experiences are not essential.
