aiTWorks, an employment agency (www.aitworks.com) is looking for the candidate who can work as Moving Coordinator at a Japanese logistics company.
*Job Duties:
- Greet clients upon arriving at their homes.
- Conduct walkthrough of homes to coordinate work to be performed by our movers.
- Provide quality customer service during all interactions with the customer in person, on the phone or via email before, during and after the household items are delivered.
- Assist driver of truck when parking/backing up for safety purposes.
- Pack and unpack clients’ belongings, hang clothes, make beds and organize kitchens.
- Prepare documentation relating to client needs, invoices, moving, inventory and scheduling.
*Requirement:
・Driver's license
・English and Japanese Bilingual
・Experiences are not essential
