*Salary: $27-$29 /hour (DOE)
*Work Schedule: 8hours / 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday 5days / a week

As a team leader, you will oversee and coordinate a team of Import and Export Logistics Coordinators.
Develop strategies for import and export operations and implement plans to ensure efficient logistics.
Supervise customs procedures related to international trade and ensure that all necessary documents and processes are handled correctly.
Monitor transportation and storage costs and propose and implement methods to perform logistics efficiently within budget.
・Must have authorization to work in the United States.
・At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
・Relevant experience in related positions or fields.
・Proficient in basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook operations.
・Quick to learn new tasks.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
・Strong team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
・Ability to work well under stress.
