Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily management of the NPI engineering team, business docking, etc.
2. Responsible for the introduction of new products, including leading and following up the introduction of NPI products, test program development, production line test support, etc.
3. Responsible for the introduction, assembly, writing of test SOPs for production line EC, production line operation training and support, etc.
4. Responsible for production line assembly, test abnormality analysis and processing, problem tracking, optimization and improvement, etc.
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of team management experience
2. Familiar with the NPI process of electronic products, familiar with product assembly, testing and other links, experience in Server, Storage and PC products is preferred
3. Have good communication, coordination and team management skills
4. Have strong logical thinking ability, problem-solving ability, work conscientiously and responsibly, and be able to endure hardships
5. Familiar with Linux system and basic operations, programming experience in Python, Shell, etc. is preferred
6. Have the ability to communicate in Chinese and English
