Job Summary
As a Junior Sales Coordinator, your primary role will be reaching out to potential clients, scheduling venue tours, and supporting the sales team in securing event bookings. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from inquiry to booking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively call potential clients to introduce them to AJ Ballroom Redlands and schedule venue tours.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing details about our venue and event packages.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using our software.
- Coordinate with the sales and events team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to booking.
- Follow up with clients after their tour to answer questions and encourage bookings.
- Assist with administrative sales tasks such as preparing contracts and updating reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Passion for the events industry and working in a dynamic environment.
