What You’ll Do
- Co-manage monthly billing, processing 100 invoices totaling approximately $1.5M per month.
- Complete new project setup in Siteline and coordinate billing with project managers.
- Generate, send, and file invoices while ensuring all client and billing data is accurately maintained in Sage & Siteline.
- Reconcile billing information between Siteline and internal billing spreadsheets.
- Track project completion for retainage billing and archive completed projects.
- Resolve billing issues by working closely with clients and internal teams.
- Track and manage Change Order Requests (CORs) and process through our systems.
- Reconcile a daily COR Tracking Log send out weekly updates.
- Provide monthly COR reports to project managers before each billing cycle.
- Request and process Subcontract Change Orders (SCOs) and job numbers from General Contractors.
- Assist with payment reconciliation issues, collections, and invoice discrepancies.
- Track project close-outs and issue final lien waivers.
- Process billing using AIA Payment Applications and have a solid understanding of how progress payments work in construction projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in accounting with at least 2 years of experience in project accounting—construction project accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with AIA Payment Applications and progress payment processes.
- Proficiency in Procore, Sage Intacct, Siteline and/or similar ERP/project management systems.
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative attitude, and the ability to meet strict accounting deadlines.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Marietta, GA.
