What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Receivable Specialist position at Ajax Tocco Magnethermic?
The AR Specialist will be responsible for all duties relating to cash application, project progress billings(capital equipment), sales invoicing, intercompany invoicing, credit memos, and collections. In addition to these daily and monthly duties, the position will also assist in the credit management of new and current customers.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have strong accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and general accounting skills, be an independent self-starter that enjoys taking initiative and being hands-on in understanding and managing AR processes. Attention to detail with problem solving and improving processes is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
