The Director, Human Resources Business Partner will lead a team of HRBPs in developing strong HR business partnership capabilities within Ajinomoto Foods. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HRBP roles, providing expertise and guidance to develop an effective group of strategic HRBPs at all levels.
- Partner with other AFNA Center of Excellence and HR Service Center leaders to develop, execute and enhance HR strategies that align with company goals and drive continuous improvement across the business.
- Lead and support HR change management efforts, champion employee engagement, and proactively address needs by implementing strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and high performance by proactively identifying and addressing team needs, ensuring alignment with the company's values and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field and 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain settings.
- Advanced degree in HR, Business or a related field and certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR, preferred.
- Proven track record of working in a multi-site HRBP model company that has delivered successful talent and culture initiatives through the HRBP model.
- Influential Leadership: Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and influencing leaders across all levels.
- Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrates a commitment to fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success within the current HR model.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
