JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- BS degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous work experience in job cost and cost accounting.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and managed effectively.
- Knowledge of Project Accounting Systems such as Procore, Vista, Tiberline, etc.
- Process invoices, track project expenses, and ensure timely payments to suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Track Project Budget.
- Assist with project closeout duties and ensure timely completion.
- Review project charges and coordinate and compile cost transfers as needed.
- Apply accounting policies and principles to properly record, report and maintain financial data.
- Prepare Labor reports.
- Collaborate with Project Management in preparing quarterly project profit projections.
- Provide project managers and clients with timely financial reports, budgets, and project forecasts.
- Prepare pre-billing reports for project managers to review.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
