RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to support the daily operations involved in the construction of commercial and industrial facilities.
- Overseeing project workflow
- Assisting with the buyout process
- The Assistant Project Manager will be Preparing, managing meeting minutes and handling submittals
- Building and maintaining subcontractor relationships
- Organizing and assembling operations and maintenance manuals
- Performing take-offs and assisting with project accounting tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- The Assistant Project Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Must have 3 years in construction or project management-related roles.
- Must have OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycle.
- The Assistant Project Manager must have proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Budget and cost management experience.
- Understanding safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- PMP or CAPM certification is desired.
