What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Ajulia Executive Search?
Job Responsibilities :
- Support senior staff in the review and approval process for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and contracts.
- Monitoring contract expiration timelines and supporting amendments and renewals as needed.
- Assist in the development and refinement of processes and administrative systems to mitigate contractual and budgetary risks in the contract review process.
- Maintain and update templates for contracts, subcontracts, budgets, and compensation schedules as necessary.
- Manage and organize the contract library, ensuring proper documentation of the negotiation and authorization process.
- Provide support to Project Managers in interpreting, monitoring, and ensuring contract compliance.
- Assisting with the review and negotiation of NDAs and primary contract agreements.
- Draft subconsultant contracts with relevant flow-down terms and conditions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of strong client relationships and positive experiences.
- Request, manage, and order certificates of insurance for project owners, subconsultants, and subcontractors.
- Review subconsultant insurance requirements to ensure compliance and tracking expiration and renewal dates.
- Aid Project Managers in ensuring compliance during the contract close-out process.
- Other duties as assigned.
