What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Pace Staffing Network?
Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and looking for an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing non-profit organization? We’re seeking a Contract Administrator for a temporary, 2–3-month assignment to support our contracts administration process while a key team member is out on leave.
What You’ll be Doing…
- Supporting the contracts administration process by entering key contract details into a templated form. No contract drafting is required—just strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing!
- Cross-referencing budget numbers to ensure contract details align with payment terms.
- Finalizing contract forms and providing them to the contract owner with a scope of work for review and signature.
- Tracking signed contracts and ensuring they are returned and properly recorded.
Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…
·Proficiency in Salesforce – You’re comfortable navigating and entering data in the system.
·Strong communication skills – Both written and verbal.
·Experience with federal and non-federal grant processes – You’ve managed or provided admin support in grant application or award processes.
·Detail-oriented mindset – Accuracy and organization are key in this role.

·Must reside in Western Washington
·Pay Rate: $27.50 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience.
·Assignment Duration: 2-3 weeks
·Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
