Ajlulia Executive Search is seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Manager to lead our financial analysis efforts. This role requires advanced analytical skills, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial analysis strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Lead a team of financial analysts in conducting financial analyses, identifying trends, and presenting findings to management.
- Collaborate with the shared service team to ensure effective financial management, including ageing report management, AP/GL reconciliation, and timely payments.
- Oversee COGS/inventory entries, month-end closing, and record-keeping of balance sheet accounts.
- Supervise audit processes, including journal entry examination and provision of supporting documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in senior roles in Accounts Payable, Inventory, and General Accounting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with strong Microsoft Office expertise, especially Excel, and experience with Oracle Financial Systems.
