What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electro Mechanical Technician position at Ajulia Executive Search?
Responsibilities
- Log information into SOMAX and close work orders upon completion. Ensure PMs are executed on schedule
- Identify recurring issues and develop effective solutions to minimize unplanned maintenance
- Assess equipment reliability, perform routine repairs, and troubleshoot breakdowns
- Perform teardown and assembly of Unifiller automatic icing equipment and maintain HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Follow company safety, GMP, behavioral rules, HACCP, and other policies. Coach and support site SQF standards
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At-least 5 years of maintenance experience
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of single and three-phase powered equipment, AC/DC controls, AC variable speed and Servo Drives
- Familiarity with mechanical drives
- Experience with maintenance management systems like CMMS, SOMAX etc.
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and all scheduled shutdowns
Salary: $23/hr.
