About the Position:
As our Engineering Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall profitability of our engineering department. This includes developing, implementing, and improving business procedures and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
You will work closely with the fabrication department to ensure smooth operations and coordinate activities between departments to meet customer needs. Your analytical skills will be essential in reviewing monthly financial and operational performance reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in engineering design, with a focus on custom mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems. A bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) is required, with a master's degree being a plus.
