Your Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for our components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
Work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure that our processes meet stringent design and quality requirements.
- Create CNC programs using CAM software and support the evaluation and startup of new capital equipment.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, both on and off the shop floor, and lead Root Cause and Corrective Measures initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience (or equivalent education and experience).
Expertise in designing machine fixtures and creating repeatable manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) and CAM (Esprit) software.
- Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
