The role of a Financial Analyst at Ajulia Executive Search is to provide insightful financial data analysis and interpretation, connecting it to business trends and issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable communicating findings to company leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Scan supporting documents and forward to the shared service team for proper approvals.
- Support the shared service team in obtaining necessary approvals, providing documentation, guiding relevant GL codes and department codes.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors, review aged AP ageing reports weekly, and follow up with the shared service team for updates.
- Reconcile AP ageing and GL accounts, post COGS/inventory entries, and assist with monthly MIS reports for internal management.
- Participate in month-end closing procedures and maintain detailed listings of balance sheet account contents.
- Assist auditors with journal entry examinations and provide supporting documentation for audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Inventory, and General Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Experience with Oracle Financial Systems is highly preferred.
