Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
Payroll Processing
Recruiting
Proficiency in HRIS systems preferred (UKG / Kronos experience a plus).
Knowledge of OSHA, Workers Comp, DOT, HACCP, FDA, Food Safety, warehouse and equipment safety.
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements, safety processes and requirements.
Participate in the Safety Committee.
Conduct Safety Orientation.
Maintain safety training documentation and requirements.
Employee engagement and organizational development.
Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies.
Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements.
Labor law knowledge skills.
In depth understanding of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee & labor relations functions.
Proficient in PC applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
