Description :
As Human Resources Coordinator this individual must have knowledge of HR duties including hiring, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and reporting. They will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential, as well as act as the general point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
- Process bi-weekly payroll, including adjustments.
- Administer Unemployment Insurance.
- Track data such as performance evaluations, meal period penalties, and timecard approvals and edits
- Conduct New Hire Benefits Orientation
- Launch surveys such as new hire check-ins, stay interviews, employee pulse checks, and exit interviews.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding providers in the Practice Management division, including I-9 verifications and benefit enrollment / unenrollment.
- Reviews meal violation report and other timecard related reporting
- Creates and submits Workers’ Compensation reporting and 401k reporting.
- Reconciles monthly benefits invoices.
- Assist in maintenance and process improvements of HRIS.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Orders office supplies for corporate office.
- Creates and processes termination paperwork, including but not limited to benefits insurance
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve any general issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and update Federal and State posters as necessary
- Manages all department incoming and outgoing mail daily
