About the Role
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians across four shifts, ensuring seamless 24/7 operations.
- Develop and prioritize preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
- Foster effective communication between departments, such as operations, engineering, and management, regarding maintenance needs and progress.
- Delegate and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A technical degree or certification in a field like Maintenance Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position within a manufacturing or production setting.
