About the Role:
Ajulia Executive Search is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in designing and developing custom mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the integration of electrical and electronic components, ensuring seamless system operation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design, with a focus on custom mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems. A bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) is required, with a master's degree being a plus.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can provide technical guidance to project engineers, project managers, and the outside sales team to establish application and design requirements. Your expertise will help us develop preliminary designs, estimate costs and delivery timelines, and prepare detailed quotations and proposals addressing technical inquiries and/or sales of systems or components.
