Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and safety
- Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to team members based on production needs and individual capabilities
- Track production progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Supervise and motivate the production team, conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and promote a positive work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in managing or supervising production operations, ideally within a manufacturing setting
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality assurance protocols
- Fluency in English and Spanish
