Responsibilities:

Manage and improve operational practices
Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business
Review financial information
Shipping/receiving, inventory control, and materials handling
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows
Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed
Manage procurement processes
Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
Instruct and train all warehouse personnel in proper procedures and regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in operations or other related fields
Warehouse Environment
Assist with inventory
Shipping/receiving, inventory control, and materials handling
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows
Experience with e-commerce fulfillment is a plus
Follow and enforce all OSHA safety regulations.
Forklift, reach truck and pallet jack certified
Strong project management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership qualities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
