Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment, including rotational molding machines, injection molding machines, and fiberglass spray guns and winders, while leading a team of maintenance technicians. You will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards, minimizing downtime, and implementing proactive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, and productivity.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for rotational molding, injection molding, fiberglass spray guns, and winders to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the scheduling of maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
• Collaborate with production managers to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, materials used, and inventory levels.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
• Research and source parts and equipment to meet project specifications and requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring customer service-oriented interactions to resolve any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field (preferred but not necessary).
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance management, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, particularly in rotational molding, injection molding, and fiberglass applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
