Are you ready to take on the role of Industrial Maintenance Specialist?
Join our team on the 2nd or 3rd shifts and become a key player in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery to ensure smooth and safe operations. Your role is crucial in preventing major equipment failures and minimizing downtime at our facility.
Training Alert: You’ll begin on 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm) for 3-6 months to get up to speed.
Your key tasks will include:
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as with robotics.
- Perform routine maintenance to maximize machinery efficiency and lifespan.
- Replace faulty parts or components, using both basic and advanced tools.
- Inspect machinery regularly and create detailed maintenance plans.
- Partner with production staff to address and rectify recurrent issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all maintenance actions in logs and reports.
Requirements for success:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance role in a manufacturing setting.
- Solid grasp of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, with preferred experience in PLCs, HMIs, and forklifts.
- Skilled in using both hand and power tools.
- Able to understand tech manuals and schematics; proficient in basic computer tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and unassisted lifting capability of up to 35 pounds.
