AK Lawn & Landscape, a full-service lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal provider serving the Greater Gallatin Valley, is hiring a Lawn Care Crew Lead for the 2025 summer season. This leadership position is an excellent opportunity to manage and inspire a team of Lawn Care Technicians while playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a dedicated team of Lawn Care Technicians.
- Plan and execute daily lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and site cleanup.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project updates and needs.
- Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient use.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping (leadership experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to drive a truck with a trailer (required).
- A commitment to leading by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $25–$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Four 10-hour workdays per week.
