Lawn Care and Snow Crew Team Lead

Alpha Lawn and Landscaping is GROWING!

We are currently looking to fill open positions on our snow crews, lawn care teams in the spring, summer, and fall.

SNOW CREW (winter)

• Use a combination of commercial snow machines and blowers. Must be willing to use manual shovels at times as needed. .
• We typically work 22-28 days between November and March
• The hours in the winter are 3am-3pm whenever it snows.
• We do not work on Christmas Day or Thanksgiving Day.

Lawn Care(spring, summer, fall)

Our lawn care teams typically work 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays. Our crews typically work in groups of 3-4.

Qualifications:

• Previous lawn care experience with commercial stand on and sit down mowers.
• Pervious experience on stand on snow machines
• Previous experience in driving a truck and trailer in the winter.
• Pervious experience in mananagment or as a lead
• Some days are pretty easy, and others require significant amounts of manual labor, you must be able to perform this work in a safe manner.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew respectfully
• Use a combination of commercial mowers. Stand on, sit down, and push mowers.
• Trim grass along all blvds, trees, and hard surfaces.
• Blow cut grass off hard surfaces
• Perform routine maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
