Essential Job Functions
As a New Home Sales Associate with our client, you will be leaned on to contribute to the homebuying process by supporting their New Home Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless customer journey. You will work closely with their Sales Consultants to facilitate the homebuying process, ensuring that each buyer has a positive experience from their initial visit to the closing of their new home. You will handle various support tasks, assist with documentation, and ensure that the sales center is ready to offer an inviting atmosphere to all visitors. This role requires someone with a passion for real estate, a dedication to customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all potential homebuyers, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Assist Sales Consultants by managing client documentation, coordinating follow-up tasks, and keeping the customer journey on track.
- Support customers in the home selection process by offering detailed information on available properties, upgrades, and design options.
- Maintain a professional and organized sales center, ensuring that marketing materials, technology, and visual displays are always up to standard.
- Work with the Sales Consultants to schedule appointments, prepare contracts, and manage closing documents as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and realtors, assisting in fostering collaborations to increase community traffic.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team on customer status and assist with addressing any customer queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure seamless communication between Sales Consultants, customers, and other stakeholders to keep the sales process moving efficiently.
Position Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail in handling contracts, scheduling, and client communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team while taking initiative to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM systems for tracking customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
