Essential Job Functions
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving either the acquisition of single-family real estate or the successful disposition of properties through various strategies to create profitable events for the company. The individual will play a pivotal role in engaging with sellers or buyers, ensuring the smooth transition of properties from acquisition to sale.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate over the phone prospective customers, real estate agents, investors and others, to determine seller or buyer motivation and find appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Make offers, negotiate, and contract both on-market and off-market investment opportunities from the leads provided.
  • Engage with prospective buyers and agents, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and agents to facilitate long-term business growth.
  • Utilize tools and analytics to develop and guide pricing and acquisition strategies that maximize profitable growth.
  • Continuously monitor the status of available properties and guide them through the sales process from acquisition to disposition.
  • Communicate and maintain excellent relationships with both sellers and the team effectively via phone, email, etc.
  • Provide follow-up calls and correspondences to prospective sellers and buyers as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of the position responsibilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Highly driven and motivated by sales success.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Superior communication skills for setting and closing deals.
  • Financially driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural aptitude for sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
