Summary :

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in the general support of the office in conjunction with the local Sales Manager and additional office staff (as applicable). Focus on execution of the office’s print and digital marketing, the seamless coordination of marketing requests for our sales associates and local training efforts.

Essential Functions :

Administrative support for the office including :

Invoice processing in Accounting / Concur system
Transaction management (SkySlope platform) auditing, assistance & training, check scanning
Facilities management, Staples supply ordering, For Sale sign ordering, Up-desk scheduling
Maintaining pre-printed inventory of marketing material supplies and re-ordering.
MLS assistance, roster maintenance and phone assistance.
Agent Marketing Reimbursement processing through the KACE ticketing system and verifying sales associates budget allotment in Accounting System / Romio
Log activities into Kace ticketing system.
Communication with various departments in Headquarters via KACE ticketing platform
Professional Office Communications : Email, Yammer, Company Contests, Local Events
Onboarding new Sales Associates – serve as main point of contact & fulfill KACE ticketing checklist

Marketing

Compliance Officer for company branding, social media and marketing standards

Provide a concierge level of support & training to our Sales Associates with a variety of Marketing tasks including but not limited to : CMA listing presentations, print advertising, direct mail, social media and email marketing - across all company Platforms : Maxa, MOXI, Raveis365, Raveis Complete : Premium, Refresh, Purchase, Mortgage & Insurance, RAMP-Raveis Automated Marketing Platform

Training Coordination : group workshops

Coordinate and execute all office print and digital advertising.

General Marketing support and proactive planning directly with Sales Associates.

Raveis.com agent web page support; profiles / bios, testimonials, adding videos.

Manage Office’s Social Media account per posting calendar; create & post to IG / FB.

Area Market Statistics creation.

Social Media support for our Sales Associates to effectively promote their brand across digital platforms.

Assist Sales Manager with weekly office meeting presentations, events & promotional materials.

Required Qualifications :

Residential Real Estate experience, and bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Microsoft Office : 365, Word, Excel, Power Point, advanced Publisher.

Adobe InDesign - working knowledge of templated graphics is a plus but not required.

Customer service oriented, and strong team player

Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.

Excellent written, editing and communication skills.

Hours of work :

NOT a remote position. This role is full-time in-office . Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm with regular and predictable attendance.
