AKA Rittenhouse Square is hiring for an Overnight Guest Services Associate with 1 years’ guest services experience! This position will cover 2 overnight shifts and 3 day shifts.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- 1-year prior experience with a luxury hospitality organization.
- Strong guest services skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly detail-oriented .
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Performing guests check-ins and checkouts; answering the phones; replying to guests/residents’ emails; handling packages and mail; assisting residents with their needs; inputting work orders for maintenance and housekeeping.
- Follow up with residents on housekeeping/maintenance requests once they have been completed.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all residents, team members, and guests.
- Ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism meet our guest’s needs.
- Auditing new reservations to ensure accuracy.
- Empathetic and Caring. Showing care for guests and resident when faced with challenges.
- Willing to Go Above and Beyond.
- Ability to Anticipate Guests’ Needs. Engaging and Inquisitive personality
- Calm and composed at all times, ability to work in busy stressful environment and keep calm.
- Always Smiling.
- Knowledgeable about the Local Area and provide personalized recommendations.
